With a strong foundation as an Industrial Engineer and over two decades of experience in the corporate world, Ojie Pestaño brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and people-first leadership to GoldStar VA.
Before founding the company, Ojie spent 20 years as an Executive Manager, where he successfully led and developed high-performing teams through systems built on precision, discipline, and collaboration. His extensive background taught him that success isn’t achieved by chance — it’s built through structure, clear metrics, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement.
At GoldStar VA, Ojie applies this same philosophy to create a balanced ecosystem where clients and Virtual Assistants thrive together.
